“They will assemble in Chennai on June 11 to have a two-day camp and leave for Sri Lanka on June 13,” the sources said.

Members of the Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led squad who are currently in Zimbabwe will land in Mumbai on June 14, after the conclusion of two Twenty20 internationals in Harare against the hosts from June 13, and take a connecting flight to Lanka, they added.

Seven members of the Asia Cup team announced on Monday – Suresh Raina, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Pragyan Ojha, Ravindra Jadeja, Ashok Dinda and R Ashwin – are in the touring squad.

The Asia Cup will be held in Dumbulla from June 15-24 and India begin their campaign against Bangladesh on June 16.
